B is a lavish publication dedicated to the regeneration of Barnsley, the Yorkshire town facing up to many of the issues confronting cities across the UK. With a £400 million regeneration programme well under way, Barnsley's vision is ambitious but simple and unique: to go from former mining community to "the ultimate 21st-century market town".
